I was very upset to start with because of the shipping took a month to receive it but I was actually after very frustrating time for trying to get a hold of someone I finally did and we were able to text back and forth because he gave me his cell number and he knew that I was upset but he continued to work with me and told me what to do and help me get the tracking number and everything he was very very nice and stayed in the whole situation still took several will probably like a week but my Mufflers finally came just the other day after ordering them on November 1st I would really like to thank the owner for his due diligence helping me get through it thank you thank you thank you

very pleased with the muffler and the service. Product was shipped 40 minutes after I ordered it, most impressive. However, I must add that later that day I ordered your Flitline work station and now 20 days later it still still says the order is still processing. A bit disappointing to say the least. I've been looking for a good stand for my shop and think yours may be one I would want several of. .
